PDMWorks SolidWorks Client
PDMWorks is a fully functional project data management solution
for the SolidWorks environment. Running natively in SolidWorks,
PDMWorks provides tremendous ease of use, without sacrificing
functionality.
The user interface is integrated into the SolidWorks PropertyManager
and provides you with a view of your Local disk and the project
folders in the PDMWorks Vault.
When working in parts, assemblies or drawings the vault information
is available without having to move to a different environment.
PDMWorks is the first and only PDM solution with intuitive visual
cues that are tightly integrated with SolidWorks 3D modeling
software.
PDMWorks Standalone Client
The ability to share files and data more easily and effectively
can improve the work environment for your product design team,
encouraging greater continuity and cooperation. For example,
PDMWorks provides the ability to define document status to fit
your corporate process.
A standalone version of PDMWorks is available that allows non-CAD
users such as manufacturing and purchasing staff members to
access and add documents to the vault. Controlled access to

The standalone version provides non-SolidWorks users with cost
effective access to all the capabilities of PDMWorks, allowing
people beyond the workgroup to participate in the design process.
